Needed to do a Live Chat to answer some questions about designing a shirt. GERALDINE V. was excellent and very patient. She answered all my questions quickly and efficiently, and would confirm back that my question had been answered. We went step-by-step with my ideas and questions and I quickly understood the process. I am a heart transplant patient and am designing a shirt for all the non-profits affiliated with organ donations as well as the hospitals that cared for me. I feel confident that I will be able to get the shirt designed and in my hands before 3 functions I will be attending starting May 1st. Again, GERALDINE V. was an excellent help and so knowledgeable that it only took 1 answer from her for every question I had
