I placed an order in the online checkout over the weekend, the rush date options were sooner than I needed, but the non-rush range was wider than what I could settle for. I used chat on Monday morning and was able to lock in the date I needed pretty quickly. This is my 3rd annual order for an event that I'll keep coming back for shirts to commemorate it with.
Excellent chat service -- able to get my desgin modified in a very short time to exact specification.

I had the best experience, I had to contact them because I wanted to put my grandkids names on the sleeve and wasn't sure how to go about it. They were very helpful. I had my grandkids pictures put on the back and the pictures were clear. I was very happy with the customer care and also with the finished product. Made the perfect mother's day present for my daughter and will Definity be ordering from them again. My daughter was very excited about it also.

I would NOT buy from them. I ordered the shirts and paid 35 each and it takes 3 weeks to get them. I still don't have my order that is placed on 04/28/23. They called themselves "rush order tees" That is a joke you can buy the same shirts for half the price and get them within 10 days. Not 21 and they want to charge you extra money to get them bad bad service

I opted for a higher end quality sweatshirt and glad I did. It was worth the price. The screen print was done well. I can tell it won't come off. Pay special attention to your design before and during the order. My design looked different that the proof shown to me at order confirmation. It was a slight difference, but definitely noticeable. I contacted them to show them what I wanted. They confirmed it would be corrected. It was not. It's not a big deal because it's just for personal wear, but definitely something to consider verifying multiple times if necessary.

Decided to give Rush order tees a try after using Custom Ink for several years. Rush order tees have proven to be less expensive, more attentive (communicating, recommended changes in color to enhance outcome), and have quicker delivery. We are anxious to receive our first order from Rush order tees!
