I have nothing but great things to say about RushOrderTees. My project was and is extremely important to me. Jace helped me design the perfect T-shirt. The production team put together a great design. I ordered several. They arrived right on time. I was elated at the very high quality of the shirts and the reproduction of the artwork. There was one small glitch on one of the T's. I called customer service and Jessica took care of it immediately. Seriously, I am totally impressed. I'll be reordering very soon.

Tyler H. Was incredibly easy to work with and extremely helpful. I needed quotes for my Vacation Bible School camper shirts. I had already designed the shirt, so he was super quick. Again, Tyler was amazing!

The shirts seem to be good quality and printed correctly. The reason for the low rating is because I paid for rush delivery (not the quickest one) but 3rd or 4th option to ensure my shirts would arrive on Thursday for a Saturday event. Unfortunately I only received 2/3's of the shirts as promised with zero communication that there was a delay on the rest of the shirts. The remaining shirts arrived on Monday after the event. When I called they escalated it to a manager and would not allow me to talk to anyone. I asked for a call back. Instead I received an email with notice that they are refunding the rush delivery fee. I do appreciate the refund, but it is now costing me more to distribute the rest of the shirts and disappointed a lot of people that were expecting to receive them on Saturday. The worst part for me that the customer service manager wouldn't take the time to discuss anything with me.
Update: I will now update them to 4 stars as a customer service representative did finally call me back and I feel she listed to my concerns and will take action to improve the process in the future. Still disappointed in the process, but we all make mistakes at times.
