Jessica Moss worked with me and my team after we received some faulty products. After we received the products we noticed some of the jackets had issues with the build so we reached out and received wonderful support. Someone was online faster than I expected and was able to help me with my changes. It was also great that I could upload my artwork changes directly from the chat window. Very convenient! My only criticism is that as much as I appreciate the service provided I would prefer to have the option to re upload my artwork and reposition it myself through the website as I often do with on other printing websites. So I took a star off for that... however I would give them 4.5 stars if I could.
We are glad we were able to make that change for you. Please note, you can always update an existing design at anytime however if your order was active, you would still need to reach out to notify us of the change as once the order is placed, you have to make adjustments with the art team.
