I was ordering some hoodies and tshirts for a work anniversary and realized immediately after I placed the order that the date on the tshirts was incorrect. This is my fourth time ordering and we've always been happy. Got a call today that the order I placed a few days ago could not be fulfilled due to the item being out of stock. I called and the representative said all the similar items were out as well. I had to do some research on the site to try to find a replacement so decided to use the chat feature. Ended up being helped by Luke in Sales who confirmed the item was in stock, that our design could be placed on there no problem, and that it would arrive still on the original delivery date. Crossing my fingers and praying that is all true and it arrives on time! Appreciate the willingness to swap items and rush shipping at no additional cost to us! Great business.

First time purchase, am exited about my order, just looked you up on the internet
My review is more for the fact that your website states that there is no minimum for screen printing and when I asked whether we can guarantee things are screen printing vs dtf, I was told there is a minimum for screen printing. This is directly opposite from what is on the website faq. When I said it to the person helping me, they simply asked if there were any other questions and didn't explain the discrepancy.

I made a mistake on my design and I contacted the live chat. Angel was able to answer my question very succinctly. It was quick and their team was flexible enough to handle the change (flipping the design from front to back).
