I ordered a custom hoodie on 10/4/23. I found the perfect style, color and material at Rush Order Tees. They added my chosen graphic...and it arrived on 10/16/23! (Less than 2 weeks!) The entire process was easy and fun, and I definitely will be back to order more items. I highly recommend Rush Order Tees!
Needed to overlay text and didn't know about hidden space characters. Luke kindly enlightened me during our friendly discourse and I was on my way. I created a picture of my son's face with some wording on the bottom. Throughout their design phase, there was nothing indicating that they would not be able to do what their own design page was showing me. When I get the shirt, the image was very dark. Half of the image you couldn't even tell that it was my son it was so dark. I inquired about a possible resolution through their customer experience form. Was promptly responded to within a day.
The result is this. They admitted that they need a higher resolution image, or a vector image in order to do their best. Well, why wasn't that conveyed during the design phase. They just let me pay for a useless shirt and, under the guise of "Due to the custom nature of the goods", they cannot offer a refund even though they admit they will not be able to provide me what I ordered.
This brand definitely has the best customer service ever. Most seamless shopping experience I have ever had.

Overall the whole process of designing and ordering printed items was fairly easy. Did experience a few glitches but customer support was great and resolved issues quickly. I was on a tight deadline, so didn't have a lot of time to finesse my project, but still got all the items as promised. My only complaint was that I had made changes to my project and got confusing information about getting the updated proofs (which I never got, prior to going to production) and items going into production. But, none the less, the printing came out as expected. Good job!

We are a 501C3 with limited funds, and these Ts and jerseys were critical to the success of my inaugural event yesterday. Everyone LOVED the jerseys I was able to create with the simple design process! The volunteers commented their t-shirts were soft and comfortable and the heather purple is a beautiful shade. Most importantly, I appreciate the extra work required on their part to patiently work out a solution in the 11th hour. My concerns were met with kindness and I felt valued as a person throughout the entire experience.
