I ordered two shirts that didn't come out so correct with the size of the logo print, Rushordertees.com said no problem made me two more with the correct size print fast, at no charge! These shirts look great! Thanks guys!

I customized a shirt with Rush Order Tees. The quality control group didn't notice that the back text was printed twice. I filed an issue on the website. I have not been reached out to by anyone. I've gotten automated messages that I'm getting a new one. Hopefully they don't screw that one up, as well. I'd like some confirmation from anyone that things will be taken care of this time. I don't like wasting my time or money, but that how this business makes me feel. Horrible customer service! After receiving a fixed order, I got a call to update my review. I needed a custom onesie as part of an ongoing joke for the parents. I needed a company that accepted art files that preserve transparencies which is easy-ish to find but always a gamble as to the quality of the final product. First time using this company and they have blown the competition out of the water! I am so happy with the quality of the print and colors! Very professional. Not to mention, the turnaround time is fantastic! Ordered November 1st, arrived November 8th! Very impressive! I am forever a customer now, just wish I had found them sooner!

I have always had a great experience with Rush Order. Unfortunately, this time around my package never arrived. However, this was not the company's fault. Rather that it was the fault of a handler.
After handling things on the handler's side rush order was quick to respond in a respectful and timely manner. Unaware of what to do next. Their online service chat was extremely helpful in helping me find customer service.
The customer service rep was extremely sincere and sympathetic. Quickly putting in a new order together for me free of charge.

Placed our order and did not pay for expedited shipping lesson learned. If you need your items by a certain time pay the expedited fee it will save you all the headache. Rush Order Tees came through for my company! The first batch of T-Shirts I ordered had printing issues around the lettering of our logo.
