I had designed some shirts, and they looked very good, besides one design was misprinted, but they sent me a free replacement. Designing the shirts made sense, and they turned out good.

I am so impressed not only with this company but with their customer service. I felt there might be a problem with the decal on the shirt that I ordered. I sent in the requested photograph, and they sent me an email stating they were remaking the shirt. This is the second custom shirt I have had made through RushOrderTees, and I can promise it won't be the last.

Finding quality t-shirts featuring an image of sixties psychedelic rock star Donovan has proven to be difficult. Fortunately, the customized Donovan t-shirt I ordered from Rush Order Tees is exactly what I had been looking for. I ordered a custom designed shirt for xmas, and the proofs looked great. When I got it, it was a little off - no problem. They made a link super easy where I cpuld take pictures to show them, and contacted me within 24hrs to let mecknow they'd replace it and make it correct. So if you have concerns, don't. If it doesn't come

I placed four orders on November 27th for our company holiday party scheduled for December 19th. When I placed the order, I clearly specified the date I needed the items to arrive, and the company confirmed delivery before December 19th.
First issue: Two days after I placed and paid for the order, I was told one of the items was out of stock. Why wasn't your website updated to reflect availability? They offered me a "similar" product as a replacement. Initially, the replacement looked cheaper, but they assured me it was actually more expensive than the original product, so I reluctantly agreed to avoid delays. When it arrived, the replacement product was completely different and far inferior to what I had ordered—absolutely unacceptable.
This wasn't even the first time. Last year, they pulled a similar stunt by replacing items at the last minute with products in a different color due to stock issues.
The major issue now: Tomorrow is the day of our event, and one of the larger orders—critical for our party—has still not arrived. The tracking says it only just left a shipping facility in California today (12/18), and I'm in Minnesota. There is no way it will arrive on time.
To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. I called twice today. The first time, I waited 7-8 minutes before hanging up because I had other responsibilities. The second time, after waiting 5-6 minutes, the call was dropped, or they hung up on me.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I will never do business with this company again. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them.

My shirt order for my business came in with the printing being see-through instead of opaque. I messaged customer service and they did an excellent job of quickly re-doing and sending replacements. Very easy to work with. New shirts are perfect.

It was relatively easy to make my custom tshirt, but where RushOrderTees really was wonderful was with their customer service. I spoke with Dayanna and she was beyond helpful in regards to my questions to make changes to my order and even assisted with advice to make my shirt the best possible. I am so grateful she I who I connected with today she really went above and beyond her job! I will be using you guys again soon as I need to and referring everyone I know to use your business as well! Ecstatic and can't wait to receive my order!

Wanted sleeves done, called in and Dayanna Montoya was more than helpful, very well spoken, and got everything explained well. Called back after placing the order and Dayanna was able to get the sleeves done and put on the order for me. Afterwards I realized I had saved over a design in error and had a duplicate shirt. Once again after calling in Dayanna solved the issue immediately. An entirely painless process, with excellent hold times. Dayanna is amazing, thank you guys!

I had a previous order where production standards were off and right way ROT contacted me and was persistent in making things right, and they did! I love the reprint, and I can honestly say I will return not because of the product but the customer service!

I needed 3 T shirts for a Birthday Party and found Rush Order Tees online. Having never heard about them I was a little reluctant but the site is really user friendly ( which I need) and I was able to design them and decided to give it a try. I chatted with their chat line and they were very helpful. I was promised delivery by November 21st and they arrived right in time.
Again concerned when I opened the package and to my surprise they are perfect.
The quality, artwork, sizing and customer service were all excellent. Thank You Rush Order Tees and if someone who has doubts is reading this Go For It …you will not be disappointed.
