I have to say that the customer service for this company is top tier. I had an issue with my hoody, (Not the print, the print is beautiful) and within the day of me sending a picture they had already got back to me to inform me that a reprint is in action! Thank you all for being the company I hoped you would be.

I placed a large order, and was impressed with the entire experience! My t-shirts and hats turned out amazing! Great quality and exactly what I wanted! My logo turned out very small on a few of my hats, and they responded immediately to my concerns and agreed to redo that part of my order. Very impressed with the customer service, and ease of communication with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wanted a shirt made with a logo of a band. I forwarded the picture and was amazed of the quality, the shirt looks amazing, first time I used Rush Order Tees. Will definitely used them again for future orders and will recommend to friends.

At the "last minute" I ordered a custom T-shirt for a neighbor's birthday party. The party was on a Tuesday and I ordered the shirt to be made and shipped on the previous Saturday. I had to have the shirt on Tuesday and it arrived by noon. This made my day and the shirt was a hit for our neighbor.

Would give zero stars, if allowed.
Rush order for 5 simple shirts. They sent me an email that the order had shipped and it hadn't - they just created the label. I waited 24 hours and it still hadn't shipped, so I reached out to customer service. They lied to me 3 times:
1) The agent (I see you, Damian!) insisted that the order had been shipped the prior day. It hadn't - lie #1 and we're off to a bad start.
2) They said it would be delivered that day (difficult when it hadn't even shipped, no?). So that's lie #2.
3) They said that bulk shipments aren't trackable or scanned by USPS. This makes no sense and is a complete lie.
They offered to send out a "replacement order" which would be completely different colors than what I ordered. I said yes, with zero faith that they would get them to me on time.
Sitting here a few days later and can document that the team sent out my original order AFTER they told me it had shipped multiple times (and implied that I'm not terribly bright). And customer service has stopped responding to emails.
They also never published my poor review on their site, which is a window into this company's ethics.
Overall - a shameful, deceitful and poor experience. This is a commoditized business and there are many others to choose from. Shop elsewhere.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you reaching out. I want to clarify a few details regarding your order. You selected our free shipping option, which includes a delivery window rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Your original order arrived on the second day of that window. After you contacted us and shared that you needed the items by the first day, we expedited a replacement order at no additional cost. Due to the quick turnaround required, we used black tees instead of grey to ensure timely delivery. That replacement arrived on the date you specified, and the original order followed one day later.
We truly regret that this resolution didn’t meet your expectations.
Last minute decision to order jackets for 11 people headed to Alaska. Found RushOrderTees on google search and am sure glad I did. Easy to pick a product, design and place order. Rush shipping and they came through! Impressed and happy with our purchase.

Sent in an order. When i finally received it after 3 weeks, they rotated the logo before printing it. Emailed them to let them know of the mistake. They are going to replace/send out another shirt, but now have to wait another 7-10 days before it gets reprinted properly and then sent out.

I put together a quick design for around 45 shirts. They did exactly what i wanted in a super short time. Delivered the day promised. The Shirts are high quality super soft. Love them! Glad i found this company! Beautiful product!

I originally received an order that had an alignment issue with the print on the front of the hoodie. I reached out to RushOrderTees promptly and received a very quick response they would fix the issue. 1 week later a new garment arrived exactly how I ordered it. I'm thrilled with the service RushOrderTees provides, especially since I can order premium garments with no minimum. I had some hiccups down the road trying to order some custom t shirts but it was my fault. I accidentally typed in the wrong address for my delivery. And the shirts were for a MS walk this weekend! It looked like it wasn't going to make it back in time but I spoke to customer service. I explained the situation and everyone was so helpful! I just received the shirts today 2 days before the walk! Thank you so much! If I ever need another shirt again I will be using this site!

Answer: They are very legit. You should go to them first. And second if the first time doesn't work.
