Shirts are made so wide that two people can fit in them. Quality of fabric isn't worth the price either. Purchased for a gift and can't even give it to him. Need to reorder a different brand.

I ordered a single custom logo sweatshirt on Wednesday night and received it on Friday morning - in time for an event I was volunteering at. Amazing! Ordered a shirt and cap with a custom logo. The proof that they showed me looked acceptable. The final product was much darker and unusable. I've offered proof of this with photos, and yet they want me to send back the originals on my dime for a reprint. And why didn't who was doing the prints stop and reach out to me to let me know it was too dark? It should never have been sent. Don't think they really care about customer satisfaction. AVOID. I'm sure there are better companies out there

It was ridiculously easy to design a shirt. I will be doing this again I am sure. They had a library with exactly what I wanted (2 pugs) and I it made a perfect gift for a friend with complete with the dogs names underneath.

I called your company shortly after I placed my order and told the customer service person if I could get a black spot from my print removed and told them exactly where it was and they saw it also and said they would take care of it. I received my shirt yesterday and the spot wasn't removed. Very disappointed.

The picture on the shirt has punched in marks on it like indents and wrinkles for the price of this I was expecting a much better quality item I'm not happy about how it looks

Answer: They are very legit. You should go to them first. And second if the first time doesn't work.
