Woke up and decided to check a family member's passport for a trip we were taking in less than a week -- horrors, 2 years expired! Rush: Paperwork a snap, get photo, drop off at a fedex location (only a zillion of those) and few days later a passport in our mailbox. Worth every penny even if not in a rush...going though the direct channel is time consuming and also confusing. BAD, Worst, Terrible, Bad Mistake I ever made! They send me a bunch of forms and I had to do all the work with out any help from them! But I had to pay them immediately $325.00
I had all the necessary items, like pictures and the immigration forms all done.
This company wanted me to fill more forms and had to go look for a UPS office, they wanted me to get the pictures from them at $30.00 and other additional fees.
I found the US immigration office near me, did my passport in a rush at a less charge. No extra work NO extra charges, they used all the documents I had ready.
Rush My Passport did NOT want to refund my money for a long time and when they did, I only received a small amount!
DO NOT USE their service!
Go to your nearest immigration office, they do a quick service at reasonable price.
