I was very pleased with the assistence I received in obtaining my passport. Johanna helped me with the letter I had to write.
Revived my passport in plenty of time. Once I mailed my package of information I received an email update just about everyday of the status.
Assembling the package was not as easy. The instructions are confusing. There are a mix of standard government instruction and then Rush my Passport instructions. They are not located in the same place. Would be much better to have instructions on one list.
It got the job done 24 hours isnt possible in most cases it takes about 3 days between the air mail and shipping back and fourth. The customer service wasn't always as quick as I would have hoped. I called about 6 times in total and received answers 5 times under 7 min of hold time. 1 time hung up and called back at a later time after waiting over 15 min.
But all and all 3 days beats 4-6 weeks anytime. They saved the day and my vacation.

I have a business trip coming up and was notified with only 9 business days that I would need to have my passport renewed before my trip.
