I needed to get an expired passport renewed and didn't have time to get that accomplished the "old fashioned" way. Expedited Travel and specifically Rob T. Were very helpful in getting this done. I would recommend both the service and Rob T. To anyone in this position in the future.
We decided to take a spur of the moment trip out of the country. After purchasing our trip we realized that our child's passport had just expired. We frantically called passport office and gathered our materials and prepared to hours on the road and hours in line at the passport office. We contacted Rush My Passport and they walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. It was amazing and we didn't have to drive to the passport office and sit there with a child! We gathered our materials, took them to our local post office, secured the package, dropped it off at UPS and we had a passport the NEXT DAY! Our agent, AMIE FIGUEROA, was AMAZING she literally walked us through every step, and received a call from the company each time a step was completed. I HIGHLY recommend this service. It may seem a little pricey, but if you're in a bind, they completely deliver results. The rep, James, walked me through the whole process over the phone and emailed me as the process made it over hurdle and within 3 days I had a passport for my 2 month old! RushMyPassport was a life saver in order to make our emergency trip out of the country. Thank god I found out about them.
