I have to say I was quite nervous about getting my passport in time. I had to fly out to Canada on a Wednesday but found out that my passport was missing on the previous Saturday night. Talk about a bad situation to do a replacement passport with very little time to get a replacement! Started with the website and filled out the needed information. Within minutes I get a nice list of things I need to do to proceed. Here was the hardest part: The government passport website is not easy to navigate! The list states I needed the DS-11 and DS-64 forms but I had no clue if the forms I was filling out were the DS-11 and DS-64! No indication! I want to make clear that this is not Rushmypassport's fault since they have no control over the government's website. Maybe I would put in a suggestion to Rushmypassport to indicate something along the line that the passport website does not indicate these are the forms you need but yet they are and just go through with filling out the needed information. The rest of the list was easy after that! My Case Manager Janice Gomez was really informative and made me feel comfortable that she did not leave anything out. It was like she was next to me practically "holding my hand" and leading me through each step. Again I had to fly out Wednesday afternoon and I got my passport on time Wednesday morning! So I would say that if you follow the steps given to you by Rushmypassport, you will be just fine. Thank you Rushmypassport and thank you Janice Gomez!
