Service was all business, no BS, very good customer support. If you need a passport in a hurry, this is the way to go. Process actually takes 3 days; 1 to collect and mail paperwork, 1 day to handle the paperwork and turn it into a passport, and 1 day to return the passport to you but they do turn your docs around in about 24 hours. I started on a Tuesday and had the passport in my hand Thursday afternoon.
