Finding out two of your families passports expired a week before your trip is not good. Rushmypassport was very helpful, fast and I loved the updates that they received it, and when it was shipped back. I talked to customer service 2 times and everyone was very professional and helpful. I do think the price is high but when you are in my position of canceling a family trip or paying this, it was worth it but not everyone can afford this

A note for your Southern Calif. Customers: the post office near LA airport is open on Sat. Until 4 pm--and they close off the line at 4. What's nice is that anyone in line at 4 WILL be served that day, even if the staff have to stay until 7 pm. This helped, as we'd arrived at 130 and finally walked out just before 5 pm.

I had an amazing experience with getting my Childs Passport in a rush. James Rosier was beyond helpful! I accidentally filled out a form incorrectly which he got on straight away and helped me rectify it within a few hours. I called customer support a few times to check on the status of my papers and way always met with a friendly helpful person on the phone. I also received email notifications giving me complete visibility of the status of my application and where my child's passport was when in transit.
