Due to my procrastination in renewing my passport for an upcoming trip I felt more comfortable using a service to expedite the process rather than take a chance on getting it in time via the normal procedure. After a search online I choose Rushmypassport.com due to the price as well as customer reviews. I was able to use their standard service and I was surprised how inexpensive it was for them to act as my agent with the State Department. The "Renewal Guide" provided was easy to use and the verification process with the agent over the phone was great. Updates were provided at each major part of the process. In just a little over a week I had me new passport in hand and was ready for my upcoming trip. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Rushmypassport.com for their good service.

There was a terrible error in your instruction on how to print forms. I still am confused about what happened. We received urgent message that passport agency rejected my application because forms not printed properly. ALL forms were printed fit to page as I always do so every word is printed - we were then told by customer service we needed to print them larger?! That has never happened to me before on any government forms applications.Needless to say that caused extreme anxiety - having to do all over and hope I'd get passport in time ( I did and the card so happy with end results and how customer service responded & helped me and reassured me I'd get in time) BUT customer service also didn't understand urgent email we received and my husband literally helped your representative figure out problem!And no one has ever heard of this large print demand - you MUST include in your initial instructions.This caused us to have to pay $50 more along with all those days of worrying if we solved the problem!Lastly WAY too long waits on phone for customer service.

AT FIRST I WAS RELUCTANT ABOUT SENDING SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY WITHOUT GETTING A RECEIPT, I WAS WORRIED, BUT I KEPT CALLING, AND CALLING, YES AT FIRST SOME OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WERE SHORT OF PATIENCE WITH ME, BUT I KEPT CALLING UNTIL ONE DAY I GOT SOME ONE THAT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CONCERNED SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. TO HAVE PATIENCE BUT RUSHMYPASSPORT IS A GOOD COMPANY AND LEGAL, SHE CALMED ME DOWN TO THE POINT THAT I WENT TO SLEEP AND FOR THE FIRSR TIME IN A WEEK I SLEEP LIKE A BABY, I DIDN'T KNOW I COULD ASK FOR SOMEONE, I TALKED TO SOMEONE NAME MARK HE WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY, I REALLY NEEDED A MIRACLE AND INFORMATION, I KNEW I ONLY WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH RUCHMYPASSPORT FOR A SHORT TIME BUT I NEEDED A NICER SPECIALIST, WELL ONE FINE I GOT A SPECIALIST ON THE PHONE THAT WAS A PERFECT ONE FOR ME, SHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, NICE, VERY HAPPY TO HELP,FRIENDLY, SHE REALLY WAS THE MIRACLE I PRAYED FOR. BEING THAT I SPENT SO MUCH MONEY, SHE CALMED ME DOWN TO THE POINT WHERE I DIDN'T NEED MY ANXIETY MEDICATION HER NAME IS GRAKIVI RANSOM, PLEASE KEEP HER ON STAFF SHE IS A MIRACLE WORKER AT RUSHMYPASSPORT, THANK YOU, FOR YOUR HELP MS. RANSOM IT IS APPRECIATED. IT HARD TO FIND EXCELLENT HELP IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT FOR ME IT'S THIS PERSON. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN, IF I HAD TO TELL SOMEONE ABOUT RUSHMYPASSPORT I WOULD TELL THEM TO ASK FOR MS. RANSOM WITHIN THE FIRST PHONE CALL, IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF STRESS. AND ANXIETY MEDS.
