The packaging was horrible - heavy lamp damaged the shade badly. I was going to return it but they allowed me to keep it and offered a full refund. That was appreciated. I donated the lamp.

Love it! It's soft, lays flat well and had no smell. Added the premium rug pad and really recommend that to prevent it from sliding.
Also happy it doesn't shed all over my kids clothes as they play on it.
It is more "brown" than I had originally wanted, but love it's natural fiber look. I've already recommend it to others!

Ship time was great, but the quality of the 8x10 wasn't as good as other 3 rugs I purchased. The stitching on 2 edges was very loose & coming apart. I was able to cover them with furniture, hoping they will not get any looser.

This made it impossible to know whether I received the correct product without first opening the package.
