Not sure I can blame Rugs USA but the expected delivery was many days after it was expected.
There is the traditionally awful smell that comes with rugs such as these but it seems to be going away over time.
We received our rug in just a few days. It's a great quality rug and looked exactly like the pictures and description. Fits perfectly in our new home.

I recently notified you that the 6X9 rug worked out fine but the round rug did not. It was ripply and was not the same nice colors of the 6X9 and had no fringe. I wanted to return it. Communication was going along just fine and now I have not heard anything from you after I declined a 40% discount to keep it. Please get back with me and let me know how I can return the rug. Avoid at all costs. RugsUSA let me order a rug that was apparently backordered, but gave me an estimated shipping time of 2 days. It has taken so long (a month now) that I have since moved and had to update my shipping address. They told me that it would ship to my updated address, but of course they didn't make that change and FedEx confirmed delivery to my previous address, which I am unable to access. I reached out to RugsUSA about this multiple times but the case is "under investigation" for a few more days, despite having confirmation of delivery to my previous address from FedEx. An absolute joke. Don't waste your time or money with this company. I wish I could get a full refund for the massive hassle this has caused me. Should've just ordered from Wayfair or Amazon, who are always quick and reliable. Will never purchase from here again, and I strongly recommend that you choose a different company!

I'm an interior designer and these were not rugs! I've done washable rugs before - multiple times. These were basically heavy fabric with print. Sent back and awaiting getting part of my money back. Still waiting.
