Love the discount. It's fit in the area I love. I wish it had more fluff with the rug. It is soft and nice.
Ordering the rug was a simple process and the rug is true to the photos. My only gripe is that the rug is much thinner than I expected and will need a rug pad.

Very disappointed with the rug quality, it's literally harsh and rough, wouldn't buy a rug from here again. Fast shipping but sorry this is very poor. I guess we get what we pay for.

I bought a rug for $910. Didn't like it in the space. They wanted nearly $200 for return shipping. Negotiated them down to $110. Won't use them again.
