I love how user friendly Rugs USA's website is with filter options, great images of rugs and props on the rugs for color reference and scale. Fast shipping, great prices and quality rugs. What's not to love!

Great selection & very reasonable prices. I have bought many rugs from Rugs USA for both myself and for clients over the years.
These rugs get dirty quick and if you have a newer washing machine and or a "high efficiency" machine which barely uses any water in the barrel to wash clothes you are screwed because you won't ever get this rug clean in those type of machines. I washed mine 3 times in my washing machine and each time it came out dark and dirty. My 5x7 rug fits in it just fine but it never gets clean. You need an old school washing machine or you'll have to take it to a washateria.
It was easy to order and to keep track of where the shipping was located.
I could not get another option for shipping. I would have liked that option, but the rest of the experience was good. I really liked the view in room option.
Looks as good as pictured and was cut even on all sides!

I'm very disappointed that I was not able to "view in my room" all of the rugs that I was interested in - If you have that feature you should be able to view all rugs you have available. I love that feature but couldn't view most of the rugs I was interested in
