Contacted support for help with a delivery issue. The item was backordered and arrived while I was out of town. Their rep gave me WRONG information. They put a hold on the package based on their own incorrect advice, which was that someone with a different address could pick up my package with a letter of authorization... FedEx said absolutely not. And it would be returned to sender before my return.
When I explained their mistake, the next rep told me the hold couldn't be reversed. I was now in a WORSE position than if I'd never contacted RugsUSA support at all.
Had to get angry before anyone would escalate. Last I heard was to wait for an update that never came. Oh but they offered me 25% off my next order as "consolation." Is that some kind of joke? As if I'd ever order from them again.
Insane policies that don't help anyone. Zero accountability for their own errors. I advise to steer clear.
I ordered a rug and then turned around and order the exact same rug and the colors were insanely different and when I say insanely one is a cream color and the other is brown. I have Photos and sent them to Customer service. In order to get the correct rug, they said I had to pay $55 to return the one I had. The rug is disgustingly gross it looks like it came from the Dollar General.
Ordered a rug on 2-26. Checked on the shipping for the product on 3-3. Couldn't log into the website, website would not send a verification code to any of my emails. Contact customer service via chat, they said, " looks like that order is cancelled". No emails, no calls, just cancel. Then I ask CS to get me logged into their website so I can pick out another rug, they won't even help get me logged in.

We purchased two (identical) non-washable rugs. The colors were not a good match, though the pattern was a good match. Unfortunately, they are lying next to one another. The other thing is that they sides "warp", meaning they don't do well lying flat.
We should be able to star the ones we like then compare them. Although, your recently viewed is better than nothing.:-)
The option to "try in my room" sold the rug. Would not have selected something so colorful. Could not be happier.

Thanks for the order. Very attractive, wearing well in a medium traffic area. It was delivered promptly. True to size and looks just like the picture.

I Love rugs USA and only reason I did not rate 5 star is because last rug I bought and I have bought at least 6 rugs from you this last rug shed so badly zi had to vacuum 3-4 times daily. I called for help to exchange and not a single thing was done to replace my rug. Only reason I buy from you is your sale pricing. I hope you will stand behind your customer better.

Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
