We have purchased several rugs and have been happy with every purchase.
I was able to get an agent to respond very quickly with accurate information about the materials used and Oeko-Tex certification of your products, but the site doesn't allow searches to be filtered by Oeko-Tex certification. Using Oeko-Tex as a search keyword yields no results.
I happened to notice that at least in the size I was searching, products produced in Turkey are Oeko-Tex certified, while those produced in Egypt are not. But this also wasn't possible to search. I had to figure out by hand which collections were certified and filter that way.
It was very easy to navigate through the website.
It was nice to see the different colors in the photos.
There's such a wide range of sizes, you're sure to find one that fits.

Found what I was looking for. Clumsy way to select add to cart after I found item to purchase
You sent wrong size. WE ordered 5x5 and received 3x3. Please advise how this will be handled.

I have purchased rugs fromrugs.com now for about 26 years each time I needed a room size rug I purchased from them because they were cheaper softer. Thicker was just my choice of look and price of the rugs.
