My carpet was being delivered yesterday, the delivery man disclosed that it had been damaged prior to delivery and I had the option to refuse the carpet. I refused delivery and received a prompt email from the company, telling me that I would receive a total refund.
Quick and easy and I just loved that you could see the rug in your area or room before you purchased. A very nice feature.
We bought carpeting through Rugs.com years ago and had a positive experience, so opted to make another purchase. I received an email saying that if I bought SOON, I could get 10% off automatically deducted at checkout. I couldn't get it to work, so I called the phone number and Maria helped me get that 10% off. What wasn't explained on the email was that I had to cliick on the email's "shop now" button to receive the 10% off. Maria pointed that out and wa-la, there I was saving over $23! Unfortunately Washington state turned right around and clamied most of that back in sales tax.

This was a great website. Easy to use, with many search criteria to tie down exactly what you want. Seemingly... an unlimited variety in all price ranges and qualities. I could spend hours looking at the beautiful options. One suggestion: Allow a comparison feature to view options side by side. Had to use cart to compare prices, sizes and colors. That worked. Thank you!
