Rotita is a great online shopping store. They have a lot of beautiful items that you can’t find in stores. The items that I purchased are just as shown on the website and the quality of the items is very good. Their customer service for me was great. All my questions were answered.
This is by far the worse site you can get your clothes or anything from. Customer service sucks! Shipping was late can't even track, the product itself is awful looks nothing like what they portray it to be, sizing is wrong (too small). Never again I do NOT recommend anybody buying from here because if you try to return the item, it won't happen. Super pissed ex customer.
I placed an order on 5/23 for a gorgeous dress to wear for a wedding I had to go to on 5/30 ordered it with expedited shipping and it did come on time. When it arrived it was not a satin like material as described but more like a velour/velvet. The arms where supposed to be made of nude mesh with burgundy colored floral designs but it was off white with bright red who knows what they were for designs. The dress on the bottom was the correct color but wrong material and the top half was bright red. Definitely not what was in the picture, not to mention they sent the wrong size. This dress looks like a mix of mrs. Claus and raggedy ann. Even the invoice said sample/ and that it was a sweater? Needless to say last minute i had to go spend 100.00 dollars on another dress as I could not wear this. I contacted the company and have been going back and forth on getting a refund now for almost 3 weeks How simple is it to say im sorry we sent the wrong size and sold you something that isnt as described and refund my money. I even opened a dispute with pay pal. First they offered me 7.00 to keep the dress (that I cant and woulnt wear even if it fit) and a 10% discount off a future purchase. I will never shop here again so I refused. Then they offered me 8.00 and I refused/ the next was for me to mail it back and I would have to pay for shipping and they would refund me 60%. This is b. S as it clearly states if you contact them you are due to receive a full refund with in 7 days. Yet here I am with this thing still at my desk at work. Never Again.

The dress was ordered early March, 2015 and I finally received it several months later. Upon receipt of the dress, it looked NOTHING like the picture and the quality was extremely poor. I now own a dress, that took several months to arrive and it is sooooo horrendous that I would be to embarrassed to give it away. I shop on line often, however this was one of my biggest mistakes.

Their clothes are adorable, affordable and durable. I get so many compliments wearing the fashions everyone else is for half cost. I love how responsive their help center is, and they're always super when they update the status of my orders. I'm about to put in another! Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!
This is an update, Rotita is now contacting with different agents expressing concern but it's a ploy to get me to overturn my reviews. It's been 4 months and I haven't received none of the 3 orders and at this point I only want a Refund. Since I have unsubscribed and sent reviews and inbox messages to all my friends on Facebook warning of this company. We work too hard for our money just to have it taken from a company that changes their name after every bad review, so not to get caught. No merchandise. Money Gone. And I wish this company or the persons responsible Shut down

I purchased a dress one month ago tomorrow, have been trying to dispute the transaction through Paypal, and have now escalated to a claim. I was told one week ago my `shipped` item was being looked into with my postal system, and haven`t heard anything back. I will never order from this place again, and will make it known to Facebook, THEY SHOULD NEVER ADVERTISE THIS CHEAP CHINA $#*!! I`ve read multiple reviews unfortunately after I purchased, and I already know that my order is going to arrive too small, and fall apart. I can guarantee these products are made in `sweat shops`. Facebook has many pages dedicated to helping you avoid the scams. They just change the name. Probably Yigou International Group again! They do not have ANY GOOD WILL! SCAM! Newest one! The Celebrity Dress. They will attempt to take down any review they cannot pad in their favor. Good Morning America covered this stuff people. 4 pages on Facebook dedicated to warning you about the SCAM.

You may get more satisfaction from lighting your money on fire. Their sizes are incredibly small, or spot-on for children. I ordered a medium two-piece swim suit from them. It took over a month to arrive, and when it did I couldn't fit into it. I am a pretty middle of the road s/m. 125 lbs, 5'7. This suit would barely fit a child, not an exaggeration at all. When I say never again, I mean absolutely not ever happening again.

If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would. They don't email you back EVER and I payed for express shipping, they took a week to ship it out even though my package was processed. They said it was shipped but lied. I called the people who ship it for them DHL and they said they did not get my package yet, they only printed out a label. And he said they do this all the time! No working number. Horrible company. Don't get sucked in by their prices. Pay a little more with a better company

I am one who NEVER writes reviews but this company is so so awful. Their prices are good but still about the same price as what my local price charge for a cute summer dress. When I got my two dresses in the mail it was AWFUL. One dress was completely sheer. The under slip AND the fabric over it. All sheer un wearable. The second dress literally looked like a night gown an elderly woman would wear. If you want to return the items they hassle you and won't even give you a full refund. I understand not returning shipping cost most companies don't return that if the package is open but to only give you 60% back for an brand new item is literally robbing from you. Here is one of their responses they gave me. (we are sorry for that and you can return it back. But it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, you should bear the shipping fee back, it is so expensive and you should wait a long time. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. How about we send you some compensation in your user center, you can use it next time. Pls advise) Because I am rich and will just give away 40 dollars worth of clothes to someone else who equally can not wear them. Shake my head! Warning warning warning! Seriously do not order!
I really liked these overalls when I tried them on but I wish I had chosen large because I wanted a bigger look and I had to make holes by myself because they were sewed up. But medium is still comfortable and cute.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
