I ordered 8 items from Rotita a month ago. Was super excited when the package finally arrived a little over 3 weeks later. The tracking information provided was really hard to access and once I did, the site didn't provide any information until the package was actually delivered. I opened the package only to find the large and extra large clothing I ordered to be waaaayyy too small. I open a ticket via Rotita.com and advised them that I wanted to return all items for a refund. I then proceeded to get the complete run around. Their first response was read the return policy... I had already done that. Then they wanted me to measure each item and send them the results. That took forever, but I measured everything and and sent the info. By now, with all this back and forth correspondence the 14-day window for returns is dwindling. Their response was "Oh I understand you want to return all items... and ensure you read the return policy..." I was losing my patience. Did I mention that in order for you to return these items, they must first approve it, then they will send you the return address? WTHeck?! I finally received address and took the items to the post office to be shipped. Just when I though it couldn't get any worse, I find out that it would cost $149 in shipping cost alone! I had already paid $143.08 for clothes! Obviously it wasn't worth me sending the clothes back to them. Now, I have to find a way to recoup my money or be stuck with clothes that are cheaply made, and too small. Lesson learned. Even if you read the fine print and understand the policy, this company knows that if you want to return their merchandise, they will make it extremely difficult for you to get your money back. That spells SCAM to me. I am extremely disappointed in Rotita.com and will never purchase anything from them again! Buyer Beware!

I placed an order in May and requested shipping to my current address. But since I paid with paypal it shipped to an old address in PAYPAL records. I never received package. I have contacted Rotita about the issue three times. I have received the worst customer service in my life! They just keep telling my to check my local post office. Which I did before ever contacting Rotita and stated as much in every ticket. I paid extra for shipping insurance and have asked repeatedly how to use it. Whats the point of shipping insurance if know one can tell use how to use it when your package is not received.

I bought this dress in blue last Monday, it was beyond comfortable. I was also nervous ordering it online but it fit better then expected. Just as other reviewers states, it has pretty good cleavage coverage, the picture is a bit misleading about that. Actually, the real item I got is better than the picture. I'm quite satisfied with it. More, the material is nothing but fancy, and I am going to order one more because of the nice fit.

I ordered this dress in green and wore it at the rehearsal brunch of my wedding - not only did my family and guests love it, but the hostess at our bed and breakfast cottage even brought her granddaughter out to see it! When I told her I had gotten it on rotitafor $30, she said, "You are a better person than I am to admit it - I assumed it was designer and you could've just let me believe that!"

This is a wonderful sundress. I'm 5'4 and usually a size 14/16. I ordered the L/XL and it fits perfectly. It's going to be my reception dress for my wedding in Maui. I might even order another in a different color later just because it's so cute.

I cannot believe that I could got a wonderful swimsuit from this site. I always hesitated to place an order online coz they often disappointed me very much. However, I received a big surprise from this Chinese site. Love the color and style! Didn't notice it had skull and cross bones from the picture it just looked like polka dots! It did run large to size I went of size grid and ordered what I normally am and it is a little big but will work for the time being. I am itch to try to buy clothes from here.

I was hesitant to buy a swim suit online since usually I have to try on a bunch in person to get the right fit. I'm so glad I bought this swim suit! The cut is so flattering and looks great. I never wear bikinis because I'm self conscious about my tummy, but the high waisted bottom really boosts my confidence. The price was really reasonable and the suit was true to size. I love it!

YAY! I have a hard time finding clothes I love and i don't hardly ever buy clothes online cuz I am 6' and very hourglassy but i went for this and as soon as I put it on I was smiling then I literally danced around singing "I love it, I love it, I love it!" It feels like wearing a cloud and looks like really fashion forward at least for my town. I don't like showing my legs in the summer or worrying about my skirts flying up and this kills every bird w/ one stone because it is also very breezy and keeps you cool. I have a big ol butt and I was worried about it being unflattering but its not. Seems very well made. Of course I am very tall so it's shorter on me but that doesn't matter to me. It looks great with a cropped cardigan or even a baby tee under it! In the winter I will throw tights on under and a big sweater with combat boots. Right now I am wearing the burgundy one with a thin braided brown belt. Thank you Rotita. You make me so happy.

"In the interest of a helpful review, I am 5'6"", 260 pounds, a 40D and 22 pant. I purchased this dress not even thinking that it would fit, but that it would have enough material that I might have it altered some and THEN, maybe it would fit. Imagine my surprise when right out of the package, it DID fit. Poorly. It fit POORLY but it did come on and come off without rips, tears or bulging seams. Should I lose 15-20 pounds I imagine the dress will fit much better with the aid of an excellent girdle. Even a slender lady may find a pair of Spanx needed for this dress, as it doesn't hide any of the silhouette.
At first glance, the dress is well sewn without the trailing threads common in mail order clothing, the fabric is lightweight, and soft right out of the packaging, but not transparent. The dress has a nice full skirt that falls to the knees. The neck tie is longer than I expected and drapes the back nicely adding function and decoration.
For the cost of this dress, even though I KNEW when I bought it, that it wouldn't fit, I am very pleased with the product.

"The fabric is a nice weight, the drape of the skirt is perfect. The cut of the bodice and the style of the straps make it so it can be worn higher or lower. I'm currently pregnant and due to the cut, I can wear this now (with the waist higher) or keep the straps lower and wear it with the waist in the proper position when I am not pregnant. Looks great with or without a petticoat!
The seams seem to be strong, the fabric is comfortable, and there is extra lining in the front of the bodice.
My only regret is not buying one in every color!

I got the navy dress and I love it! I'm about 5'4" and 120 lbs and the small fit me just right, but definitely have to keep it away from dryer if I want to keep it the size it is now, or else it'd be too small. The length goes to just above my knees. Highly recommend getting this dress. It's elegant yet casual enough to wear it any time.

I love the way it looks and the fabric is really comfy. I'm typically between an XL and a 1X depending on the style and I bought the XL in this dress. It was too snug around the bust area (I'm a 3 8D) , but just a little snug around the waist. I have already ordered the XXL in this style and will be returning the XL. Hopefully it will be just loose enough to feel comfortable. Other than that, no complaints! The dress is soooo cute
