This place will rock your world with disappointment. It you want to be held hostage because they took your money - this place makes it a Zen thing! If you do indulge - make it less than $20 - that way you can at least get a giggle with the next couple Starbuck purchases you were trying to save money for. You will just buy heart ache.

I ordered the Pocket Design sleeveless camouflage ankle length jumpsuit in a size large. When it came it was too small. I then ordered the Round neck striped coral maxi dress in a size XL, when the dress came it was in a size 3XL bag and the dress looked to be a size XS. I believe they just throw things in a bag and send it out, knowing that the average person will not pay the headache to return it. The company makes you pay to ship the item back to them and then charges you again to ship the corrected item back to yourself. This is too much sugar for a nickle. The clothing they advertise are on plump shapely women, but the clothing they send you appears to be waaaay smaller than what you ordered. Their sizing chart is completely wrong. And when I wrote a honest, negative, polite review about their clothing on THEIR website, they didn't approve it to be viewed. This company got me twice for my money, they won't get me again. DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BLOW...

I order 2 dresses from. Him back in December 2015... They just arrived LAST NIGHT February 8th 2016! One dress has NO TAGS OR EVEN A LABEL INSIDE IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS MADE IN A SWEAT SHOP! I am a large I ordered 2 sizes up 2 xlarge because I thought it would run small... THIS DRESS IS TIGHT AS HECK IT HAS 2 BE A SIZE EXTRA SMALL! It's clearly POLYESTER not what the description says. The 2nd dress is HUGE and it's a large! It is made from the same exact material as the other POLYESTER! THE DESCRIPTION says CHIFFON!

If I could give them a zero I would. Wish I found this site prior to ordering. They steal pictures from other sites to give you a quality picture and when you finally get your items, it looks nothing like it. It's cheap material that look like a child sewed it together in home economics class. Oh, the sizes are no where what the website says. They say it ships in 2 days, but it actually takes weeks to get. When you try to return, they give you the run around to avoid giving you your money and honoring their return policy. They will not give you a return authorization or an address to return too. They are a complete fraud with poor business practices and need to be put out of business.

I ordered a dress for $25. The dress I received was not the dress I ordered, not even close! I ordered a creme-colored dress with an open back and got a gold dress with silver straps. I also ordered a small and received a large. The quality of the dress is so miserable I can't describe it. It looks like a kid's costume. I have been arguing back and forth with the company and the best they have offered me was %15 discount on my next oder.

So you have a function coming up and you order a dress. However what arrived and what you ordered... Well... They are 2 different things entirely. The advertised dress was perfect - what I received - looked like the fabrics used to make a cheap fancy dress/dressing up/Halloween costume. It is awful. The colour of what I received is so far out - ok there's some differences to be expected between monitor to monitor, but not a major difference. It wasn't dispatched within the time stated, but as it is free shipping, I cant really complain. It's simply ghastly. There is no way I can wear this dress to the function I ordered it for. The 1 star is for the fact it turned up. So disappointed.

I don't know who your employers are and if you take your website seriously but I have 5k followers on insta and 7k followers on fb so If you want to keep your reputation and me not to report your page, as a serious company you should refund my extra delivery money and send my 3 dresses asap as (on this address 1 Stavley Way ng26qr Nottingham) I paid for my order and extra delivery, it says on my account Paid, Unshipped.
If you will not do this and send me this same email over and over again to ignore the appropriate respond. Otherwise I will report you as a scam to the Police through Action Fraud and speak to the Citizens Advice or Financial Conduct Authority.

I am currently in a battle with the customer services at Rotita because they have sent me faulty goods, for which they expect me to pay for the cost of the return (recorded delivery). Alternatively, they will give me 30% compensation... so I'm left with the choice of paying £25 to return a £30 coat, or getting £9 compensation for having a coat I am unable to wear! Either way, I am paying between £20 and £25 for the privilege of them manufacturing faulty goods.

Thier customer services team is a joke, and has been absolutely no use. You are constantly talking to different people via email who do not feel the need to read the emails you have sent previously (and half the time don't read the latest email you have sent them). They have also come out with reasons such as...

"we can not bear the shipping fee back for u, otherwise, we will loss so much"
"we also bear so much shipping fee for u when we send the order to u, pls think it twice for us"
"we have checked the photos and it's not a qulaity faulty. So you just need to cut it open with scissors." (this last one they are referring to the button holes on the jacket... because you know, when you buy a coat you do often hack at them with scissors to create button holes, definitely not their fault - that's just what you do with coats... oh no wait...)

In summary... they're an absolute joke and if I could give them zero stars I would.

The fit of this product is horrible! I checked the sizing chart several times to insure I was ordering the correct size seeing that I already read their return/exchange policy. I received the item and it was WAYYYYY to small to even pull over my head. I ordered an XL because the sizing chart said that XL would fit sizes 12-14. I normally wear a 12 so I was sure it would fit! When I couldn't get the shirt over my head and the pants wouldn't pull up past my calves, I went right away to check the chart again. After reaching out to the company for a refund they said it was not their fault and they recommend I give the item away to a dryas a gift. How freaking bad is that customer service!

Do not! I repeat DO NOT order from this place! I'm 99% sure they are a scam! I ordered an item in December and it never arrived but they charged my card immediately! Countless times I've been told through their "customer service" that my item is on its way! I'm pretty sure that they will reply to this as a fb user saying they ordered and had no problem! But I'm telling you right now I have no reason to lie or even come onto this page but I don't want anyone else to get scammed! Such a joke!
