I've ordered a few times from this website and each time my item looked nothing like the picture! The quality of material is very cheap and all items were delivered in a clear plastic bag with no tags and it appears that my items were hand sewn. Please don't waist your time or money on this website!.

I received the dress I had ordered. It was basically see through. Poor quality. And felt like it was made from the same material as a Halloween costume. I paid $40 for a dress that was 70%off. It was the worst dress I have ever seen. Extremely disappointed. Never order from the company!

This company is horrible! I placed an order using PayPal (thank god) and it took over a month to get to me! They are horrible at communicating with anyone! I'm so pissed at this company I opened a dispute and eventually escalated it to a claim. Thank god I paid with PayPal. Total scam! Can't believe a company like this is up a running. They're going to come crashing down soon.

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.

I ordered a few items from this site a few days before Christmas. The funds were taken out on the 24th of December. It is now the 12th of March and I've yet to receive a package from them. I've been patiently waiting being that I changed my shipping address, but it's going on three months. I need a refund. Don't waste your time or energy. Find another site.

The site stated the products will be shipped within 24 hrs. It has been almost a month and my items still have not been shipped. I did a ticket and they replied stating that they are waiting on one of the items and did not have an est. I replied and stated to cancel the item and send the remaining items. They replied they would have to cancel the entire order and charge me 3 per item... This site is a scam... I have been trying to locate a telephone number to speak with someone directly; however, have been unsuccessful. I am going to have to do a refund request with my bank at this point.

The quality of clothes is very poor do not buy from them. I bought a skirt and looked good on their site when it arrived I could not believe it the material looks like the chair cover material.the review option is not there on their site and customer service do not reply to any one. See pictures below

Poor quality, smells like cigarette. It's not the same as the picture. I even paid extra for shipping and it takes forever to arrived. Never shop on this site. It's a total waste of money.

SCAM!

I placed an order and the money was debited from my account almost immediately. Yet, after a week, I had still not received any shipping information. I called the customer service number, which went straight to an answering machine. I left a message, but nobody returned my call. I opened three tickets online through their website asking about my order, and never received a response to those either. This is an absolute scam and theft. Don't waste your time, money, effort or energy by placing an order through this company! I am still waiting for my package or some communication from them! SCAM!

This was my first time ordering from this place got it from Facebook of course with all their bull crap advertising with all these bomb clothes that u can't keep ur mind off ordering. I ordered about $100 worth of clothes from this place Feb 26th 2016 and today is March 11th 2016 and nothing has been shipped wtf when it should have been here in 6-7 business days! I did pay thru PayPal thank fully so I'm gonna go ahead and start a dispute bc after reading all these reviews I'm really scared all the pretty clothes I'm waiting for will be bull$#*! anyways. I ordered a dress 3 months ago. The dress never arrived. There is a tracking service which clearly shows the dress has been returned to rotita and yet they are refusing to give me my money back. They are offering me 50% compensation on my next shop. I have paid £30 and have no dress and they won't give me a refund. I have asked for the email address of a manager six times. They just keep saying that I need to wait. While it clearly shows that they have the dress. Please do not order from this site!

Horrible

I ordered from them THREE weeks ago. When I placed the order it said 24 hour shipping. I gave it a few days, still nothing. I went back to the website for a customer service number to find that they don't have one! Me and the "administrator" has literally been going back and forth for a week now because they won't refund me. If I don't receive my money by Monday I'm reporting them!

Avoid the seller! The customer service is horrible. I've ordered item from them in the middle of January which I still haven't received, when I've contacted customer service they were asking me to wait and they've refused refund my money. I was lucky to pay through PayPal which had to get the refund for me. I've been batling with Rotita for nearly 3 months until my money were refunded thanks to PayPal and the item still didn't arrived. Avoid the seller!
