I'm a VERY understanding and easy going person who NEVER writes reviews. However, I felt the need to warn people. I saw this adorable shirt I fell in love with. I ordered it and paid for a speedy delivery as I wanted it for my vacation. I realized a few weeks later as I was preparing for vacation that... hmmmm... still no shirt?! So... I went to contact them. No contact info! You have to send an email and they will "respond within 24 hours". Lies! No one ever contacted me and I still did not receive my order nor a phone call! Huge scam! Please do NOT give them your info or buy anything from this scumbag company.

I ordered from this place 2 weeks ago, Paid fir expedited delivery and received my order today, Two weeks later, The quality of the clothes and material were horrific, the patterns that i ordered on the website is not the pattern i received with my order, Every pair of pants have to be for a 4"0 woman no offense but im 5"6, the seams on the oants are crooked, the zippers and uneven, the seams are loose, the material is not cotton as stated on two dresses and the overall packaging is atrocious, I asvice anyone who plans to order fro this bootleg $#*! company to run fast, You all can post as many good reviews as you want your doing that ahit internally ans eventually thia $#*! will catch up with you, You've wronged the right person this time, and i expect a FULL refund from this bogus $#*! business your running.

I made an online purchase for swimwear on April 30th and have yet to receive my item that I have fully paid for. Upon submitting a ticket to inquire as to where my order is I received a response to give it 1-2 more weeks, which I did and still no swimwear. I contacting them again and was brushed off and asked to wait another 10 days, which I did and I never received my order. At this point I have requested a full refund and have been told by Rotita that they will refund me 40% of my order as they have lost money on the product that they have mailed out. I explained to them that instead of offering free shipping why don't they offer that people can pay for shipping for a proper tracking number from the post office so that you can actually track your package. I give up and would not recommend this company to anyone ever!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered some tops and a dress from them, the sizes are far too small and the quality of the goods are rubbish. I have been in dispute with them for over a month, emails back and forward, If you want to send your items back it costs a fortune, much more than the original items cost. I have ordered from chinese companies before and never had this trouble. They certainly need reporting and taking there so called advertisement of Facebook. DISGUSTING COMPANY AND SERVICE.

Bought a dress and arrived in the packaging with a large tear in. I took it out, took a photo and sent it using their online complaints form. Several emails and 2 weeks later, here are the shocking options u have been given:

1. I get the damage fixed and they then pay compensation - My arguement was that it should not of been sent faulty in the first place and why should I have to go out of my way to fix a product I ordered
2. They would resend a new product but I would have to pay 40% shipping fee - Again, an option where I am at a loss for them sending faulty goods in the first place
3. They would give me 30% compensation but only in store credit - why would I be using them again when I have had all this issue returning one / my first product
4. I would be able to return the product but they reccomendations I don't as it will cost lots to send back - again, I am at a loss

I am still currently working on them. I doubt I will get much further. I am glad that I not purchased one item and it was only £20 or I would be even more angry than I am now.

My review: Do not use this company. It is clear they make money from you not being able to return your items. Shocking.

UPDATE: Since writing thus review, Rotita have contacted me and offered a full refund of my product. Clearly writing this review got their attention and worked. Thank you for the member of staff at Rotita for sorting.
