Do not, ever, ever use this poor excuse for a company!

I ordered something 3 months ago which still has not arrived! I then asked for a refund and was told that because it would be a loss to them! And it couldn't be done.

They have then spent the last few weeks haggling with me about how much of my money I can have back (also disgusting!). And a few weeks after we agree on something, it still isn't in my account and they are now asking if they can pay it as store credit and telling me a shipping charge needs to be applied to me before they can refund me?! I paid for shipping when I placed the order!

The way they have spoken to me, ignored my simple request for a refund and back and forth asking me to check with the post office, as well as "please understand" emails and ignoring me.

Just don't ever, ever buy from them!

I stupidly spent over £110 on this site and not one item fits me! They fit my size 12 daughter but do not fit a size 20 as it stated they should! They're saying it's pointless returning as the shipping costs are too much. There is certainly no easy 30 day refund facility. You don't even get a delivery note with return instructions and where to return to. Appalling service and total rip off! Do not waste your money like I have done. Lesson learnt!

I ordered 3 items for my holiday. I followed sizing carefully... 1 item too big, I item too small (fitted my large bust on the swimsuit but my legs needed to be like arm size to fit this part) and the other item is about the size for a 8yr old. Won't refund, offered rubbish small compensation to spend on ordering another item (don't think so)! No delivery note and was told I should keep items and give away as gifts to friends and family if they don't fit me. NEVER order from here!

I paid extra money on this site for faster 6-7 day shipping in order to receive my item for the 4th July. Well, the UPS truck does not deliver on the 4th of July so I will not get my item until July 5th. I ordered my item on June 20th it is July 4th at midnight and I still have not received my item and I will not receive it until after the 4th of July, even though I ordered it for the 4th of July. They wanted to come up with some excuse about long distance and I didn't calculate for the length of time it would take and I told the lady that I paid extra for 6-7 day shipping and still no item. I will never order from this site again, it is a scam! It's a rip-off and I'm pretty sure once I receive the item I'm probably not going to be happy with it anyways! Do not use this cheap site with the crappy shipping!

I placed an order for a really nice LOOKING jumpsuit on June 21. Well, today is July 3rd and still have NOT received it. I put aside $400 on a card that I use for online purchases only, because there were several other items I wanted to order. I'm glad I used the common sense God blessed me with and just order something cheat first to see how it goes. Smh! NEVER EVER AGAIN! And for those saying that they received their items are from China, and are using American names. I smell millions of RATS! YOU SELFISH PEOPLE SHOULD ROTTEN UNDER A JAIL!

I ordered a red, white & blue halter top. I specifically ordered for of July. When I ordered it; it said I would receive it by June 25th. Well, today is Friday, July 1st. Guess what? No shirt, no customer service, tracking says it will be July 5th! Really? Never again. From now on I'm checking reviews. I have ordered from Pink Coconut that you see on Fb. It was shipped here right away. One dress came in a small box wrapped in tissue paper. Nice! I thought after that experience; everything else would just be as nice. And, if I knew Rotitas products were made in China; I would have never ordered it. I do not like the idea that slave children are making these items.

This dress is perfect for this weather. Its light and cool material is very comfortable to wear and not be miserably hot. It does accent the curves very well. I love it and would love to find dresses that fit as well as this one. I highly recommend it!

I wanted an easy to wear summer dress for shopping, luncheons, etc that wasn't frilly or too fancy. So, I wore a white cami under it and it looks adorable. It fits great otherwise. The fabric is nice and soft.The first time I wore this dress, I received several compliments.

This dress is a slinky jersey material, that hugs your curves while being figure comfortable. The only note is that it is a bit thin, and because much of the dress is white, a slip may be required. I do not wear one, but I have to choose the color and lay of my undergarments very carefully when I wear this dres to be able to get away with not wearing a slip.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There is NO "easy 30 day refund policy " its all a scam! I was very careful and measured myself to be 110% to get the right size and what i got in the mail is something that would barely fit my 9 year old daughter! After arguing back and forth for weeks they wouldn't take my item back and didn't want to give me my money back they wanted to give me a $6.00 refund when i spent $22.00 or 20% off my next order SCAM!
