All items I bought were cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture. The earrings were colored wrong, missing paint color/gems, and falling apart. The swimsuit stinks like strong chemicals no matter what I do. The shelf bra is not long enough (doesn't even cover breasts) and even if it did, the elastic is not tight at all. And the bottom is not finished - the material is just cut off, no hem or anything. Just horrible quality all around.
I am also unable to log back into my account. I have reset my password numerous times to no avail. Bad company, frustrating website, horrible products.

I recently ordered two swimsuits from Rotita. I was somewhat apprehensive since you never know about quality until you actually get the product. I was concerned even more so when I checked on the company and saw that it came out of Shanghia! However, less than two weeks later I received my order and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it arrive on time, but the swimsuits are beautiful, colorful, made with a good quality material, and the fit was exactly to size. I would definitely order from this company again.

Sometimes, I will put an outfit in my cart then decide not to order it and leave it there without purchasing. Then, I'll get a text from Rotita telling me I can use coupon code SAVE15 to get 15% off as an incentive to purchase the item in my cart. So, I go in and use the code, but it doesn't accept it. This happened with a 12% coupon, too, that I was offered. Altho I like your clothes and have already purchased one bathing suit, your site is too confusing and I feel like you're trying to rip me off. It shouldn't be that hard to use a coupon code that YOU offered to me, directly.
