I've been shopping here for 10 years now. From clothes to beauty products to accessories. All of my purchases were in good quality, cute and affordable. A lot of different products but easy to see which one you needed the most. They also have safe packages which keep your product intact. So may brands which I so love. 10-10 rating I must say.

Took forever to arrive. Coming from China! Cheesy material. No way of returning. Customer Setvice never answers and does not return email requests to get an RA# to return item. Plus, the cost to ship it back to China... need I say more?

I tried to return items and could not. I spent $180 with them and their clothing had poor quality and did not fit at all. Attempted to return and they asked me for SKU numbers, which they did not provide and pictures. What pictures?

Through PayPal, Rotita offered a refund of half of what I paid and did not request return of the merchandise. This was acceptable to me as one of the swimsuits I ordered is of sturdier fabric and fits very well. Thank you to both PayPal and Rotita for the speedy resolution.

They ask you to write a "ticket" to communicate with them. You have to include the order number which they say is invalid. If you have problems with this, you're directed to "my order," which is empty and claims no orders within the last 30 days (I ordered 5/31 and received merchandise today, 6/23.) The phone number on their site does not work. Two of my items were made of transparent fabric which is different than they look on the website. I called PayPal and initiated a dispute. The representative told me that if Rotita doesn't respond within 10 days, my money will be refunded. I encourage other dissatisfied customers to contact PayPal and their credit card companies.

This company is wonderful. They take care of your pre sale and post sale concerns and questions. Great quality clothing. I love shopping here! :) I have bought dresses skirts tops and bottoms. Love them! Even if this week was the fifth time I ever bought from rotita. But I totally recommend this to everyone.

Don't bother ordering from this company. They are based in China so you will NEVER be able to do an exchange or return... you're stuck with whatever you ordered.

I guess they think a "one-time" customer is better than no customer at all.

I ordered multiple items. Most were too small, so I tried to return them. First you need a ticket. Good luck with trying to get a "ticket"! I know my way around a website, but this site is a joke. Ended up going in circles. Never got a ticket. I tried to call them. They never returned my call. I put everything I wanted to return in their packaging with a letter. I sent to the "Collection Center" on the return address label. I got an email that they recieved the items, but nothing about my refund. They now have items I returned and my money!

I discovered this site a week or so after I ordered my swimsuit. I was really hoping I would be an exception like a couple others have posted. No luck. Shipping took about 3 weeks and the suit is way too small and I ordered a size bigger than I usually wear and it still looks like a sausage skin when I tried it on. I am very disappointed bc I loved the style and color of the suit

Horrible experience

Swimsuit took a long time to arrive-was 4 sizes smaller than indicated by their size chart. Took four days of constant nagging online to get e return address. NEVER AGAIN!
