I first order 2 dresses was very pleased, so I order again, horrible dresses didn't fit asked for a return ticket number paid to have them returned in June. Never received refund. Contacted pay pay they want me to keep what I already returned and keep half my money. Doesn't make sense they have the merchandise. If you order anything make sure you are short or the item is full length. Also they run very small.
Ordered item 5/9/17 and received several weeks later (shipped from China). Did not fit so went to website to return but did not submit "ticket" until 6/6/17. Meanwhile, had attempted to contact their Riverside, Calif. Ph.# *******551) but my messages (three) were not answered. A message on Pay Pal (where I had paid) said to contact them (address supplied). In checking their site again, I saw that on 6/13/17 they had left message saying they would send me the return address if I requested, which I did. On 6/14 they sent the return address and requested I send them the tracking number (package + tracking number sent 6/21. Cost: $8.35). On 6/22 I received an email from them (didn't have to go to their website) saying my ticket had been updated. On 6/24 I received another email again saying my ticket had been updated, and another on the same day said issuing refund ("you may not receive the refund immediately"). Refund sent to Pay Pal 6/24. Two days later I was able to have Pay Pal return the refund to my bank account.
On 7/1/17 there was a knock at the door and the postman returned my package to me. The explanation was... "refused!"
I ordered from this company. Not only was shipping quick, product as described. I made an incorrect order number for an item that I wanted, and received the item according to the number, not the desire. And yet, their customer service responded immediately numerous times AND offered me half refund on MY mistake! A+++
Help! I cannot find the order number. I have tried to enter every single number on the SKU and on the package. I agree this is a different Company to deal with.
Half of order was delayed. NO explanation given. Two items marked XXL. Even ordered larger than what I normally wear just in case. What a joke! St. Vincent de Paul thrift store is getting two brand new tops to sell. No receipts in the packages in order to return. Have to go on screwy website to try to return things! Never again
I was originally excited to order from this company but I got my products and The sizes are all off, the quality of the 2 bathing suits I got were well below what I expected. The shipping took so long I almost thought I got scammed out of money. Super disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.

I've ordered things from rotita.com before and haven't had any issues. Yes the free shipping can take one month for you to get the items because they are coming from overseas, but the shipping is free. You can pay for faster shipping and get your items quicker. Clothes are cute. Give it a try.
Rotita is good for women. I wouldn't go there if you don't know what you are looking for. They have very fancy clothing with a couple other options. I get all my clothes from their and have been happy with the services.
Love to browse Rotita and occasionally make a purchase. Love the store and products. Always find what I need at a great price. Shopping online is often even better than in store. Great return policy. Everything is top quality and I've never been disappointed.
Dont go anywhere else and just shop at Rotita. Quality and service are hard to beat. I have never had a problem returning and item, even online purchases and never had a problem with them replacing a defective product.
First, these suits run really really small. I ordered up and still didn't come close to fitting. Then they make returns difficult - submit a "ticket", wait for reply, then they offer 1/2 cost refund if you don't return, then you have to ask for an address to return to, then you have to send them a copy of the mailing receipt. (Only cost me $2.66 to return, why would I except a 50% credit for not mailing back?) Not worth the work.

Please please do mot purchase anything from this site. It took over a month to recieve my order and once recieved, items were poorly made and looked nothing like the pictures.
I ordered my swimsuits in enough time to get them by the time I left for vacation, paid for express shipping and what a scam that was. The D Cup fit more like an A cup and I still haven't received all of my order and it's been over 2 weeks. Not happy and will be attempting to get all my money back hopefully.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
