I would give zero stars if I could! NO customer service - that department won't answer you if you want to return or have complaint! I received only two of the three items I ordered, but of course was charged for all three. No mailing label or shipping invoice was provided (no paperwork at all in the package.) Their customer service would not respond AT ALL, no "ticket" ever went through. I tried to resolve through PayPal, and Rotita offered me a partial refund. What I wanted was a full refund for the two items I received (they didn't fit), and the one I didn't receive. Rotate said they would only refund if I mailed back the two items and paid for shipping. Well, shipping two shirts to CHINA is over $100! SO when I refused that, Paypal tried to intervene but still no reply from Rotita. I am out $82 for an item I never received, and two items that don't fit! Plus many hours of calling and emailing. I can't say it enough: PLEASE don not throw your money away!

Beautiful swim dress! This was my first order from Rotita.com and I couldn't be more pleased. This is a top quality garment and I've easily paid 4 times more for similar products on well known women's sites. It took a little while for it to arrive but I was very pleased when I tried it on. I'm 5'5 140lbs and Medium fit perfectly. The style is flattering and the only thing I would change is the tummy panel - I would like it if the underlying mesh tummy panel had some lycra and was more of a control top. This can be worn as a Bathing suit or Summer Dress

Customer service was amazing. I order some other items a few days after and asked if the both orders could be shipped together and was easily accommodated. Both orders arrived packaged together.

This was my first time ordering a swimsuit online so I was really worried it wouldn't fit, but I fits me perfectly! It's also by far the cutest swimsuit I have ever owned :) Shipping was fast too! Very pleased with this purchase!

I have to admit when I found out this item was coming from China and it would take 2 weeks or more to get I was not happy. There is no indication that this company operates outside the USA. That said, the coat was worth the wait. It's beautiful, well made and fits perfectly. Now knowing items will take longer to receive I will plan my next order accordingly but there will definitely be a next order. 5 stars to the coat itself.

I had seen the bathing suites advertised and really liked the look at them. I knew there were a lot of bad reviews but thought I would give it a try and ordered 2 bathing suites. I received my order within 2 weeks (shipping to Canada). This one was perfect. The quality was great and it fit exactly as advertised. I would order again from this website.

I was so nervous about ordering this top because of past experience with another vendor... NOT LILI GAL. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience and the blouse is exactly as advertised and of great quality. I have gotten soooo many compliments on this top. You can dress it up or down.

For the price, this dress is very well made and looks expensive! No doubt this dress is a knockout! I just love the body-flattering silhouette in mermaid design, the ruffles and off shoulder details with sweetheart neckline cut that compliments my skin color and sexy shoulder! I admit I'm in love with this dress! I gained weight but still the hi-lo mermaid hemline enhances my curves! It adds a lot of character! Very elegant, sophisticated and stunning! Best of all though, the cut is very flattering on my figure! It fit flawlessly and I'm very pleased!

I am pretty modest when it comes to swimwear, so I like having a suit that covers as much as possible without making me look ridiculous and old fashioned. This suit most definitely meets those criteria. I'm not worried about falling out of the suit when swimming; it's not too low cut. It fits comfortably and hugs in just the right places. The colors are really nice too, it's a super cute combo for doing my gardening and getting a good tan. The tank arms are adjustable, and the waist of the shorts has a drawstring to keep you more secure. The top also has a tie for the left bottom side, I like that so it's doesn't hang loosely and accidentally slide up when you are playing around outside.

My experience in Rotita.com was wonderful. Although, the shipping does take a little longer due to the service being International, but it's not that big of a deal! Overall, the merchandise I received was what was described on their website and quality was good. Nevertheless, Rotita was great with communicating when the order was ready to be shipped out (they sent tracking infomation of each package). I truly look forward to purchasing more clothing from them.

Post pics from the neck down to show us the outfit you now proudly own! Why is it that you can not find pics of any of the clothing modeled by the new owners? If it's such a fantastic item, show us! Restore the belief of potential or existing customers that there is some good quality to these otherwise sh*tty clothing.

I have been waiting on the overlay pants for roughly two weeks now. I googled images of these very pants and managed to find a picture of the pants in another flimsy cheap pattern. I thoroughly expect to be disappointed. "IF" I should receive this outfit in good quality, I will sincerely apologize, but I am truly expecting nothing better than a thin, flimsy, curtain-sheer type of garment.

I just received my pants today. I am definitely a woman of my word, so I will describe in detail what I am staring at. First and foremost, the item actually DOES look like what is pictured. The material in the picture looks like it might be a little stronger, but what I am looking at is NOT bad at all. I was quite surprised by the quality.

Almost doesn't count. Unfortunately, the sizing chart IS off by a bit. I wear a size 14 in pants; their sizing chart listed 14-16 as a large; well, I'm about 3 inches around the waist too big. Unfortunately, I am unable to post pic due to the ill fit. I am on a diet, so I will get into these pants by next spring. I am also confident enough in ordering two more pairs in different colors. I didn't really see any imperfections other than sizing being off and the item being wrinkled, but that much doesn't matter. There is also a tag inside to let you know how to care for the clothing. Anything that comes from China will probably be washed in cold water:-) Honest rating from Michigan.

By the way, I'm fairly certain the live chat is a crock of sh**. When I initially ordered these pants, I was reading your reviews on the site and tried to cancel. I attempted cancellation 4 times WITHOUT a single response and ended up with the product anyway. They tell you that they are going to get back to you in 24 hours, I never heard back.
