It does take about 2 or 3 weeks to receive, but I was not disappointed in the product! I have learned from other orders, to choose a bit on the bigger size of what you wear. I wear between a L and XL. I chose the XL and glad I did. Company is legit!
If there are good reviews on this company, they have to be paid for. I ordered a blouse a month ago. Never heard anything from them after the order was placed. I tried to contact them several times and they would email stating that I had to create a ticket, but every time I tried to create a ticket it didn't recognize my order number. I got in contact with PayPal and told them to take back payment. They contacted Rotita and amazingly, they said that it shipped and emailed me with the tracking number. BUT! When I try to track it, there is no information. After the ordering experience I am so afraid of what the product is going to be like. THe blouse I ordered was so cute, I was stupid and didn't read the reviews. SHAME ON ME! And SHAME ON YOU if you order from this company. If the blouse arrives and it is amazing, I will review this again and let you know.
I an leaving on a 12 day cruise in November. I would like to order several items from the liligal site. I have read all the reviews and Im concerned about the negative revie ws. Can a liligal customer or customers reach out to me. Would you advise me to order or run away? Is liligal a rip off? Is liligal scamming customers? Is the return policy accurate and true? If I was to orderfrom liligal will I get my items in time of cruise? Im also concerned about the broken English in the positive reviews. Are the positive reviews fake? I love this shirt! The feel of it is nice and soft but sturdy, and the fit is fantastic. It hugs the bust just so and then flares to flatter a fuller tummy, like I have. The sleeves are nice and soft so I can push them up and out of the way when I'm working with my hands.
I ordered three of these to get the free shipping. I love them! Easy to wear, and to wash. I washed them by hand, hung them to dry... wonderful. I'm wearing the chocolate one now with leggings. Very comfy.
One I had a larger size it really is a nice versatile dress. I've worn this with boots and leggings and then a thinner pair of leggings and sandals and get huge compliments on the dress.

The only criticism I have of this company is that there is no way to contact a sales representative.

The blouse was too big but that's an acceptable problem. I thought I could return the two items as stated in their return policy info. When I tried to log in to get a return ticket, it wouldn't allow me to login. It would not recognize my email address although they are sending me weekly emails! After no success there, I tried the help desk chat link - it did not work. So I'm stuck with two items that aren't right - about a $90 loss

I have been trying to return an item for the past two weeks and i am still waiting for a reply on my ticket. I did everything that they tell you to do and nothing. Today September 27,2017 i try to sign in on my account to check on my ticket for the return item and i can't sign in. This website is a FRAUD and no one should ever buy from this site. Their materials are cheap. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEM AND I WILL TELL PEOPLE NOT EITHER.
The colour was totally different to the picture and the cut and the quality was absolutely terrible. I will be taking it straight to the charity shop.

When I ordered mine then I just loved there checkout system, you just click an item and it adds it to your cart. Then I received a confirmation email of my order and it was set. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
