This company is a waste of money. I ordered a blouse in early February and it is now late March and no blouse has arrived. There is no way to communicate with customer service without giving a lot of unnecessary information that I believe will be a security issue. Worst on-line buying experience I have ever had... and that is really saying a lot. Save yourself the aggravation and the money... shop elsewhere! I have written off my purchase as a waste of money and a good learning experience. Do not be tempted to buy...

Please dont buy from this company( if you want to call them that) they take your money and scam you to think they offer refunds-THEY DONT!
I purchased some items and tried to return them, you cant call them-you have to write to them on their website. Then you wait for days for them to respond, and they will offer you 80% back if you keep the items. Then you email them back and say no I want my full refund. I sent my items back and they will not refund me even though I included a copy of my original purchase receipt, their email correspondence with me, their required RPA# and they said because I didnt email them with the tracking number-they would not issue a refund. THATS JUST WRONG! I will tell everyone I know NOT to buy from this company-EVER! It was $80something dollars and Im angry and disappointed that they can sell in the US. They are based in China

I ordered a dress and it took approximately 3 1/2 weeks before I received, which in my opinion is too long for anyone to receive their item(s). The dress is the wrong size and the material is awful. Please do NOT buy anything from LiliGal. Reviews are for a reason & although what one experience may not be the experience for the next person. However, I personally would recommend that you don't waste your time, money, and energy on this site it is not worth it. Lesson learned and donating the dress to a charity organization.

All of the positive (4*+) reviews have obviously been written by the same person or team of person(s). The sentence structure, same 10 descriptive adjectives, grammar shows they are blatantly illiterate, using the word "fitted" instead of "fit" constantly, only one review is submitted every single day, and the name of the reviewer often has their last name repeated (i. E John Doe, Doe). If it were only 1 or 2 reviews like this I'd understand, but every single review is written like a 6 year old and it's so obvious that I don't understand why anyone would think they're real. This applies to not only the reviews on their actual website, but also to this site and many other similar review sites. Even if a person decides to purchase something from them and then return it, the company still makes a profit because they don't issue a full refund. They also count on people being too lazy or forgetful to actually return the purchases.

I love Rotita! The clothes are beautiful with a great fit! The quality is excellent! When the items arrive, they are packaged very nicely. The colors are vibrant just as seen online. I received so many compliments. Everybody is asking me, " where did you get that outfit? " I am proud to say, " I purchased it online from Rotita!" If anyone purchases an item from Rotita, You will not be sorry. It is convenient and certainly not overpriced. The clothes actually look like you paid hundreds of dollars.

I ordered two swimsuits and wanted fast so I had it expressed to ship. Once I completed the order I realized that the shipment wouldn't get to my house for 3 weeks (tracked the shipment) so I tried to cancel order. There was a 2 week festival in China so no response, then all of sudden my package was shipped. It still didn't get to me before my vacation. So then I tried to get a refund and I would have had to pay for shipping back to China. So I got half of my refund and not my express shipping money. Rotita is a SCAM.
