I am so impressed by the people who deal with customers. Their way of addressing problems, questions etc. through ticketing is very effective. I needed to return items that did not fit (not their fault) and it was dealt with immediately. Because they are in China, they try to make returns as easy as possible, which is not always easy and costly. The clothing line is very stylish, although some of the fabrics used are not always to my liking. I am a fan of more natural cotton, breathable type fabrics, while the fabrics they tend to use seem to lean more to the polyester or blends of that nature. Overall, they are a respectable company.

I ordered an outfit to wear to a wedding that was on April 21st. I was excited about the pictures of the outfit and the fact that they offered two day delivery. I placed my order on April 15 and the money had no problem coming out of my account. Now I did not get the package until after the date that I needed and the even bigger issue was that I ordered a large and an extra large. They instead decided to send me an extra large and an extra extra large! When trying the outfit on, the material did not look nor feel like it should have for what was described. The material that the outfit was made out of is more of what children would use to make art and crafts out of. I tried to look up how to return, since they have easy return, and quickly found out that that too was a lie. I had to email mail their business department to get return information and have yet heard from them. I am have to take a L for the dress I have no use for and hopefully somebody will like them since they are hanging up at the goodwill!

I ordered swimwear from Rotita. I had no idea I was ordering from CHINA! Before clicking submit on the order, I thought I would receive items in timely fashion. AFTER clicking submit, the delivery dates appeared far different from what I was led to believe. It took weeks for package to arrive. Only some of the items arrived. I realized upon looking at the ones that did arrive, that they were either TOO big or TOO small. I never wore them and immediately put them back in plastic packages they arrived in to return. That is when the real "FUN" began. There was no return slip in the package. You have to go on their website. You have to jump through hoops just to get to a place where you think your return will be processed so you can get a return "ticket". They even want you to upload pictures even though there are pictures of each item you ordered on the return page. I am not going to upload pictures when they have a picture of every item I am returning already. There is NO phone # to call, NO email to write, NO WAY of contacting anyone! And where is the rest of the clothing I ordered? NOT delivered to me! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND STAY AWAY! I am now out a couple of hundred dollars. I guess I will just donate the items that DID arrive to a women's shelter. P.S. Quality of clothing is poor.
