I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to purchase from this company. I saw an ad for a cute dress from liligal, and ordered it. After waiting over 1 month to receive the package of 2 dresses, I wasn't pleased. The dresses looked like an imitation of the pictures on the website, and the colors were different. Definitely makes sense that these are cheap products made in China. I thought it was safe to order since they have a return policy, but I have never encountered such a complicated return process.
Don't make the same mistake I did. The website looks great, but it's not a good company. Save time, money, and stress and order elsewhere!

I ordered several dresses. I never order online because my size varies. I was skeptical and quite afraid after reading several negative reviews but my order had already been placed so I hoped for the best. My arrival came 15 minutes ago and I tried on everything! I ordered 5 dresses and 2 bathing suits. I received 4 dresses and 1 swimsuit, the others will come later as I was informed through email. THE DRESSES ARE STUNNING! I followed the size guide exactly and honestly, I probably could have gone for the smaller size! I ordered 1 dress XL just to be sure it fit, IT'S TOO BIG! I will simply run to a tailor and have him take it in (fortunately, I live in a country where tailors are every few feet!) I could not be more pleased with my delivery and the products I received. There is NO DOUBT that I will be a regular customer! I am so happy and I cannot wait to wear my new dresses! Thank you LiliGal for putting my fears to rest and leaving me with hope for online ordering. What a pleasant surprise. I hate the way I look in everything, things never look as good on me as they do in print or a mannequin and today I could not feel any better about myself and the merchandise I received.

I purchased a dress for my wife from liligal.com. When the package arrived it was a dress of similar (but inferior) design, but with the wrong size and material. The dress sent to us also had areas that were sewn together improperly. Due to the numerous issues with the dress we decided to return it. The return process seemed off (they were pushing for a partial refund) so I decided to do some research on the company. I found that this company routinely sends out inferior products and items that are not as described. They also have many complains where people do not receive their products at all. After several attempt to receive a full refund from the company I had to file a dispute with PayPal to receive my money back. Even after PayPal sided in my favor I had to continue to fight to not have to mail a poor imitation of the dress I ordered back to China. From everything I have seen this company actively engages in fraud by using stolen copyrighted photos of products they have no intention of delivering to consumers. They then avoid being escalated to PayPal by offering partial refunds and claiming that if the purchaser doesn't take it they will be responsible for paying for the expensive return shipping to China.

The item pictured is not what I received! It was a cute striped hooded number that looks like terry cloth ~kind of summary and cool even though it has long sleeves.

The item I received is not made of the fabric pictured! And I hate it! It is some smooth sort of shiny probably polyester and it looks like an umpire or sporting officials fabric. Ungly IMO. I already tried to email them but that isn't how they work. I just know I'm going to have trouble returning it. AND their site says that you have to pay to return something. They're in China! And no fair anyway because it is NOT what I ordered. So they should take care of the shipping on the return.

The other shirt I received is cute, but looks poorly made and is barely big enough. I ordered a large and usually wear a large. So if you order the polka-dotted shirt you may want to order a size larger than you normally wear. I don't think I'll be buying from Rotita again. Unless I can return it without a hassle and they agree to pay for the shipping since the shirt they sent is NOT the one they have pictured, that I ordered. That is the specific item (look) I wanted, not this funky polyester with smooth large stripes looking like I'm officiating thing they sent me. Ugghhhh: (
