I love the Halloween top I ordered. Delivery was sooner than was told to me. The material is very nice and hangs well with no wrinkles. The colors are vivid. I went up a size when I ordered and I'm glad I did. The fit is perfect.
I never had such a hard time returning an item! After sending the items that I bought back ( terrible fabric) I sent a copy of the proof to them the same day. Since then, almost a month passed of our back and forth messaging where at different times I was asked to send a picture of receipt 3TIMES, if I returned both of the items, if I wanted to get money back or exchange, and then one more time if I sure that i sent it back ( the tracking number shows that it was returned a long time ago) and still I have no money back. DONT BUY FROM THEM if you don't want to feel like an idiot who is being asked the same question 72 times and not being heard

Received my order much sooner than expected. Unfortunately had to return one item which was duplicated. This was not all that easy to do but have yet to receive confirmation of receipt by Rotita. Will review experiences with future orders.

Loved the jewlery. I bought them for Halloween. They will pair well. The shirt was cute. The dress is a little disappointing. The picture made it look dressy and elegant. It's actually printed material like the shirt. The lace on the sleeve was even casual looking. If not for the fact it takes so long to ship and fear it would get lost in the return process I would've returned it. Overall happy with the purchase but leery of trusting clothes will look like they are pictured. They should have more customers modeling clothes. Models change lighting and photoshop the images to look better. I need realistic looks not a photoshoped image.

I purchased 4 items. I ordered all of them in size XL which is shown as the US equivalent of 16-18. My normal size in US sizing is 12-14 sometimes even 10. So I fell in the mostly Large sometimes M category. I usually choose L or 12-14 because I don't like the tight fit. Out of the 4 items I ordered only one sweater was the right size for somebody who is 12-14 in US sizing and it was an XL size in the size with Rotita. The delivery was good for items coming from overseas. Now I am waiting for the instruction how to return the 3 items that did not work. If this goes well I will change my rating to 4 stars to reflect the service.

I believe there could be some improvement to the website, but that doesn't take away any stars. Received the complete order on the estimated date of delivery during purchase. Quality of items is good and looks like the photos. Prices are good if you don't need to return them. Many items are too big but won't return them because it's too expensive to pay for the shipping. Did not like to use Paypal to pay. Should be able to pay by credit card. Might not order more items because of the shipping fees to return them.
