First order earlier in the year excellent order service and delivery, unfortunately my order before Christmas was held back by the couriers but contacting Rotita they were immediately chasing and I received my order in time for Christmas Pat West Sussex

So far, I've got really good things to say; quality of my items were way above (average) clothing these days, especially for the prices!
The material is thicker than rice paper, seams sewn well and obviously quality checked. The customer service has been both prompt, and engaging, explaining things to me with different options on (one item's) return.
I am so happy to have found this new-to-me company!

Delivery was a few days longer then expected. Really like product.

My first delivery was stolen by delivery driver here in Australia. Rotita sent a second shipment which I received and was very thankful for their professional handling. The products were all good quality and materials.

I ordered a beautiful long maxi dress which is perfect for the holidays. Good quality and the fit was flattering and sized as expected. Very happy with the dress.

I love my dresses but need to be shipped in a different way and also when you pack them they was so wrinkled I had to send them to the dry cleaners to get the wrinkles out but I love them but they was wrinkled so I paid $25 a piece to get my dresses press

Receiving my 2 items was great. I exchanged 1 for different size. Communication and exchange was excellent.

Everything fit great and the colors were just as presented. I was a little worried about ordering online but I have already ordered a couple more items from Rotita.
