I ordered a couple dresses for vacation.
I took my measurements and used that for sizing. XL was an XL
Shipping was fast, just a few weeks.
Ended up putting in another order for some new vacation clothes.
I was leery about ordering, I had tried another over seas company and delivery took months, sizes were 3 sizes smaller than tagged, returns were a matrix at best. I took my losses and gave it all away.
I ordered 3 items same size (L). Two fit fine and one of them was extremely loose. I contacted them via chat several times and they told me that they have informed customer service who will get back to me within 1-2 business days. They never did! I also wrote to them along with pictures showing how loose the top was.
I contacted them again and was provided me with a return label and assured that I will not be charged the return fee but that was a lie. I was charged the fee and when I contacted them again, they gave me this absurd explanation along with their size chart.
I was a one and done customer. Please be very careful when buying from this site.
Got my order on time. I did have one item that didn't fit. I order a large size swim dress and I couldn't get the top down over my breast. The bottoms fit perfect. Not sure if the top was miss size. I contact customer service and they were able to handle be sending it back for exchange with haven't to paid shipping, which I thought that was great customer service, because it's not my fault that it didn't fit be. I have order 4 other swimsuits and they were the same size and they all fit

So far my experience has been awesome, I shop plus size I love the plus size clothing though your line keep using upgrade, the fit of the clothing that is perfect, thank you all for an awesome experience I never trusted shopping online before, and as long as I can track my packaging and receive my shipment on a scale of one to 10 I give you all a 10 and a thumbs up for delivery time.
