I was unsure how to return items. My chat helper, Sowshi explained what to do in about 30 seconds. When I went to follow her/his instructions, I found I had no ticket. I went back to Sowshi to find out how to get a ticket, and in another 20 seconds he/she had already processed the ticket and the return label. Just amazing customer service!

I received the swimsuit and shorts and I am at fault having ordered the wrong size swimsuit and size and colour of the shorts to go with it so Isha guided me through the return process very quickly and said to expect an email to finish the process.
