Got the mailer. Saw the earrings and jewelry box I wanted. Good prices. Placed the order. Got the stuff. Everything's fine.

I placed 2 orders about a week apart. Both orders were for the exact same item on the website, only my first order was in 14kt yellow gold and the second order was in 14k white gold. I received the yellow gold earrings first. Today I received the white gold earrings and they are larger than the yellow gold earrings.
How do you explain that?

Easy ordering and discount was applied as well. I may order again in gold color.

Getting the flatback earrings on is not really a one-person procedure. It almost requires 2 people and a close-up view of the item to screw the front onto the back. I never was able to get them on by myself. I returned the items for refund.

I am very happy with them. They look "smart" but dress up casual clothing too.

This bracelet is lovely looking, but I am returning it. The clasp is so tiny that I can't work it, and I live alone, so no one to help. Also, their is a knot in the chain.

I love Ross-Simons for their excellent price to quality ratio and wonderful customer service. Returns are easy but over the years I only had to return a couple of things because they didn't suit me as well as I thought they would.
