The earrings are beautiful. But I am struggling with the quality of one pair of earrings. It is a drop style and the earring closure will not lock securely. The closure keeps opening and I find that the earring keeps dropping out of my ear due to this problem.

Shopping is easy finding description, and photos makes choosing more simple and gives you a size ratio. Most of the products that I have purchased, especially the Rollo type chains, which I prefer are not solid and often not soldered together completely causing them to continuously bend open and fall off. I have spent a considerable amount of money outside of the store to solder all the loops solid so I don't easily lose or break them.
