My family tradition is to give a gift of three things for a 16th birthday. One is a piece of jewelry using the birthstone of the celebrant. Several years ago I purchased a Pearl ring and put it away knowing my niece's day would come. I am in the middle of moving and when I looked for the ring to mail to my niece I couldn't find it! I received my order very quickly, however I was really disappointed with the quality of the products in particular the diamond ring I purchased. It looks nothing like the image shown and The quality was sub par.
I reached out using the customer email add to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction address but have not heard anything back. I also DM on instagram, although I got a response it was just fibbing me off not really providing any customer service. I don't want yo have yo spend more money (on ridiculous postage and packaging fees) to return the ring but I have no desire to keep a product which is not of any good quality.

Not as detailed as the picture depicts - bought necklace is silver but pewter would have been better - love the chain = over all I was impressed by Ross-Simons customer service and love my new necklace - would buy from them again
