I ordered a heart-shaped pendant with a ruby birthstone as a gift. Instead, I received a stingray pendant with a light blue stone. Not sure what happened. I have always been impressed by the service and quality of the Ross-Simons products that I have ordered. I'll chalk this up as an anomaly and will look forward to adding a stellar review when the situation is resolved.

These earrings are lovely, EXCEPT they were difficult to get through the hole in my ear and took quite a bit of manipulating. My earlobes are sore from the effort. I'm hoping they adjust. I have no problems with all my other pierced earrings.
The stuffed bunny is really one of the most fluffy and beautiful we have ever seen. I'm frustrated that buying it from Ross-Simons meant I now receive daily email solicitations from them. They do not offer an "Unsubscribe." They invite you to change your email preferences but "Unsubscribe" is not an option. First time I've ever seen this.
