Quality pieces, competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

My sweet mother in law buys me a lot of jewelry and some of it has been purchased from you. I have had trouble with the same ring that I have sent back two or three times. I am thankful that y'all took it back, don't get me wrong, but when I ordered another ring so that I don't have the same problem (stones falling out) the different ring looked cheap even though it cost more. I have a necklace that the chain was tarnished before I even got to wear it but I couldn't return it because I had it so long. It was a Christmas gift that got misplaced. The gold around the pendant was also tarnished. I am just not impressed and I doubt very seriously that I would purchase anything else from your company.

I really like my selections. Wish they might have also been offered in 10k instead of vermeil. I also wish that signature were required with delivery and that the jewelry was handed to me personally. The usps just leaves stuff inside my mailbox. With the rise of crime and theft, these days, literally anyone could get the jewelry out of the box. But, all's well that ends well. Otherwise, I'm happy with the experience.

Just recently started ordering again. My 4th order, a ring. Waited 10 days, package arrived & inside their box was nothing. That was a 1st for me! Then I called cust service, & tried to find some help but the cs rep I spoke with: Barbara, got MAD AT ME! Telling me off because I was upset & told her "WTF." Where was RS empathy & professionalism? Barbara only made me feel worse! I knew I'd need a supervisor. I was informed that RS would correct their mistake, that they would expedite this 2nd package out to me, & got a mediocre apology. To that, I have to say the same thing, WTF, Ross Simons? WTF?
Customer Service stinks. And RS obviously doesn't have QA system that works. I shouldn't have to need a supervisor to correct THEIR ERROR but Barbara was only making me more angry. Not good if you want to keep your customers happy & coming back! Previous order, also a ring, I found on Ebay for 1/3 the price! It's not like RS sells great quality jewelry you can't find anywhere else.
RS is losing another customer here.
Very disappointing with low-level customer Ross Simons. GREAT customer service can make it or break it for lots of businesses. Now I can't trust RS anymore.

Advertised as very pale pink, high clarity sapphires in the ring. Received a dark, watermelon colored set of stones and terrible clarity.

The necklace is irritating my neck. The back of the necklace is not smooth and it twists easily.

I purchased the set of two safety chains and put them to work immediately. They are a joy to use and will get used often to lengthen short necklaces and protect the bracelets that have loose clasps.
