I received my chain but then realized I had already purchased one exactly like it. I called to get help returning it. Friendly courteous help. Easy to return.
Hard to find black onyx love the items I received with a fantastic price
Do NOT shop with Ross-Simons if you want timely delivery. I ordered twice and the 1st time the order was 1 week late. This order is over 2 weeks late and counting … still haven't received order.
Secondly, Ross-Simons sends so many emails to entice you to buy from them that it's overwhelming (I had to unsubscribe).
Lastly when I contacted Ross-Simons about the late delivery, there customer service just tells you it's hung up somewhere in the US Post Office system and if it's not delivered in 2 weeks, they'll contact you to either send another order or refund your money. It's been over 2 weeks and I have yet to be contacted by Ross-Simons. (Ross-Simons doesn't even follow their own procedures!)

I received the order, but was not happy with the products. The gold earrings were very nice, but the wire closure on 1 earring was faulty. It was so loose that it seemed it would fall off. The silver earrings were very nice, but they were much bigger than I was looking for.

I tracked my package. It moved along fine til UPS dropped it at the post office where it sat for 2 days before delivery. I would rather have my packages delivered by UPS alll the way or FedEx.

The engraved cup we ordered is beautiful and it shipped quickly. My only complaint is the gift box the cup came in is slightly damaged.

The outside finish was beautiful. Inside, a small area on the lid had a white area where the stain was missing. Also, the anti tarnish lining was not glued down properly in an area in the drawer.
