I ordered both a ring and a pair of diamond stud earrings. The ring came very fast but the earrings seemed to be stuck in some shipping loop getting bumped back day after day. It only took one call to Ross-Simons customer service who opened up an investigation with the shipper. It was at my doorstep the next morning for signature. I couldn't ask for anything more! Very pleased.
