Worst experience ever. Received as a gift for my wife on Christmas. She opened it on Christmas day. She was happy then turned to disappointment very fast. The stone had a big vertical scratch in the middle. Ruined my Christmas. I was told they would exchange. That process took a little bit. I understand it was Holidays. Got the replacement to find it had a haze on it and polishing compound on the prongs they wouldn't come off. Because of this we thought they took what we sent them they attempted to fix and send back to us. Supposedly that didn't happen according to them. Next one had spots and some kind of haze as well. The last one had a slight haze. You hold it up to light and you could see the abrasions from the polishing process that they did a poor job on. Plus the set the stone in a manner that looked like was about to fall out of the prongs. Look like they pinched the top prongs to hard making it slide done and not centered up. My wife was so set on this pendant. The lady helping through this process really tried to help. But the jewelry was of poor quality. The big problem I also had thru this process was they would give you an RMA at no cost which that is a no brainer. But I still had to come out of pocket each time I sent the product back. Because I had to purchase a package at the post office to send it back to them. The pics I attached those stones were wiped off before taking the pic. The reason I have two to show is that this last time they were making sure that I know that they didn't send the same pendant back to me. I appreciate that they did this to reassure us they weren't fixing the problem and sending it back to us. We decided to give up on purchasing this pendant. 4 tries and all had flaws. Sad...
